Great breakfast options available for guests.
My stay was marred by several issues. The room felt dirty with mold spots in the shower cracks, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, I had significant trouble communicating with reception when trying to extend my stay. the staff seemed confused and unhelpful. Finding an ice machine was impossible, and the lack of assistance made it frustrating.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with many delicious options, and we loved the casual rooftop terrace offering a stunning view of the city and the St Lawrence River that made our stay feel special. as a solo traveler, I appreciated that the room was adequate and quite affordable, but the self-check-in system needs improvement as it wasn't functioning properly during my arrival.

Spent a night in a comfy family room and loved the chilled vibes of the lounge area after a long day. The coffee machine in the lobby was a great perk, but it didn’t always take my card, which was a bit annoying. Overall, definitely worth it for a cozy stay! ☕️

The stay offered an exceptional breakfast with hot coffee and assorted pastries, and having a big, quiet room with large windows made for a comfortable environment. The property's easy shuttle access to transportation made it convenient for exploring nearby areas, though the dining options and shops were limited within walking distance. While street parking was plentiful, late arrivals might need extra planning due to the limited staff availability after hours.
